Ingredients
1 juicy orange, peeled
Dash of vanilla extract (not essence)
3/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice – or water, or half milk/half water)
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
1 tablespoon nut butter (or a handful of mixed raw nuts)
Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
