Start your day with this delightfully fresh and zesty orange cream smoothie; full of antioxidant goodness and a solid protein hit it will keep you going until lunchtime.


  • 1 juicy orange, peeled

  • Dash of vanilla extract (not essence)

  • 3/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice – or water, or half milk/half water)

  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (or a handful of mixed raw nuts)

Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
