Chia pots make for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert; they’re easy to make, versatile flavour-wise, and are a fabulous addition to your diet. Read the low down on chia seeds here.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/4 cup chia seeds
Small banana or half a large, sliced
1 passionfruit
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)

Method
Pour the milk into a glass or jar.
Add the sweetener and whisk until mixed.
Add the chia seeds and whisk.
Leave on the bench for a few minutes and whisk every minute to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Stir through the banana and passionfruit, and top with yoghurt (coconut yoghurt used here).
